Morlais

Sitting amidst olive and carob trees, Morlais (Song of the Sea) is regarded as being one of the most exciting exclusive Seafront developments along the East Coast. This project was completed in 2008 and consists of 18 individual villas with private swimming pools. This development was part of the portfolio in which Carrington was awarded ‘Developer of the Year’ in the 2009 North Cyprus property awards.
