- VAT (5%) – Based on the contract value, usually applicable when buying from a professional developer.
- Transfer Fee (12%) – Paid to the Land Registry before transfer of ownership, based on assessed value.
- Stamp Duty (0.5%) – Must be paid within 21 days of contract signing for registration.
